All Things Luxee offers boutique-style fashion and inspired apparel/accessories. Certain items may be designer-inspired in appearance; however, we do not claim, guarantee, or authenticate any item as an official designer or luxury brand product unless explicitly stated otherwise. Brand names, references, and styles are used strictly for fashion inspiration purposes only.

Sales Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks once an order has been placed and processed.

Exchanges

We understand that sizing may vary. Exchanges are accepted for eligible clothing items that do not fit properly, subject to the following conditions:
• Exchange requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, odor-free, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the wrong item was sent.
• Exchanges are subject to item availability.

Please note: Accessories, undergarments, swimwear, sale items, and custom items are non-exchangeable.

Order Processing & Shipping

Please allow standard processing time for all orders before shipment. Once packages are shipped, All Things Luxee is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, lost packages, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
